      <video:title>First terminal. Agent running.</video:title>
<video:description>She started the evening having never opened a terminal and finished with an agent running natively on her Mac, Homebrew installed, a GitHub account, and the code of her own website cloned onto her own machine. A second agent spent the last half hour generating twenty versions of a cut-out portrait locally, on freeware, costing nothing. The one thing that could not be finished was the one thing she did not control: the site is on her brother's Cloudflare account, and he has to add her to it. That is where the next session starts.</video:description>

<video:description>She finished with a bilingual site for her practice, live on a domain moved out of her brother's account and into her own, hosted free, with email on the same domain. She had never written a line of code that morning and has been changing the site herself since.</video:description>

Signed tax returns filing themselves into the right client folder between Dropbox and OneDrive. An Outlook app emailing her its own reports. The thread aimed at the ATO was ended deliberately rather than forced: it needs a registered digital service provider and a security review.</video:description>

      <video:title>Reading terms. Scraping stopped.</video:title>
<video:description>He withdrew his own wish mid-show, on his own reasoning, once the agent surfaced the site's terms. What he left with instead is the tooling: a password manager holding his own keys, a Cloudflare account and a domain bought on the show, an agent helper installed in two prompts, and a personal site generated in five parallel variants, which ran out his plan for the day.</video:description>

      <video:title>250 a month. Now twenty.</video:title>
<video:description>She arrived with a tool she had built on her own in the month between sessions, a reconciliation check that turned three hours of comparing a spreadsheet against Xero into twenty minutes. Four hours later she had a rebuilt website live on a domain bought during the session, a signing service found by asking the agent to argue against the one she was about to pay 250 dollars a month for, a booking page made out of her own calendar, and the beginnings of a tool that works out which client she is actually working on. The one that did not land was the time tracking, which he marked to come back to rather than dress up.</video:description>

      <video:title>Psychologist. Surveys. Done.</video:title>
<video:description>She came back with the questionnaire finished and running, built by herself between sessions: several surveys sent, an admin side she can see the results on, a record of who opened a link and how many times, timing that shows whether somebody rushed it, and validation that refuses a submission until every question is answered. The session was spent on what that costs rather than on building: a GDPR pass over the survey project, a health-provider declaration in the wrong words, an SEO audit of her site run by an agent, and a booking calendar that was quietly still set to Australian time. Her site is not live yet, which she said in the first minute. A billing project was started at the end and not finished.</video:description>

<video:title>The roast. The number. The pivot.</video:title>
<video:description>He arrived with Frontier, about seventy thousand lines written by prompting over three months, an application that walks a small company through the EU's sustainability report. He did not want help finishing it. He wanted to know whether anybody would pay for it. Four agents went at it in parallel, the same report was filled in from two prompts and no app at all, and the answer that landed was not about the code: winning one customer on German search ads costs around 2,500 dollars, which is two and a half years of that customer paying. He left with the idea rethought rather than finished, and a different thing to sell.</video:description>

      <video:title>One month. Her own CRM.</video:title>
<video:description>She arrived with it already built. Her first client had been and was coming back, a referral centre was emailing her leads in a fixed format, and the spreadsheet she started with had turned into too many workbooks with nothing in the middle. So she had asked her agent for a CRM, and it had given her one, behind a login that emails her a one-time code. The session was spent on the shape rather than the build: contacts that can be a lead or a client, where each one came from, clients shared with a co-therapist and clients who are hers alone, a next action with a date instead of a reminder system, and two way Google Calendar so a booking made on her site turns up in both. By the end her real bookings were showing in her own CRM. The last thing the agent did was forget half the requirement list, which is on the tape too.</video:description>

      <video:title>One machine. Never sleeps.</video:title>
<video:description>She turned up with the machine already bought and assembled, memory fitted by her own hands because it was cheaper that way, chosen by asking her agent rather than by asking him. The evening put an operating system on it and moved her work onto it. One prompt described the whole server, Ubuntu with a terminal that keeps its tabs, an auto install script, a fixed address on her network, and the agent wrote the script; the first flasher would not take a four terabyte disk, so the image went on with a second one. She carried the box downstairs, plugged it into the router and the battery, and it came up first time. Then the move: a terminal on the laptop that can actually hold the server's tabs open, Claude Code installed and signed in on the server itself, GitHub logged in, and twenty three projects with their credentials and their memory files moved across. The three automations that had been running on her laptop were turned off there and re-planned on the server, where they reach the storage services over the internet instead of watching a folder. A shared folder and a small local web page server went on so files and results can get in and out. What did not get finished is reaching it from outside the house: the router had a password nobody remembered, it was reset off stream, and the rest was left for a quieter evening. Her phone already reaches it. The laptop keeps its old setup for another two weeks, and then it gets it back.</video:description>
