David Grimley
David has spent more than twenty years on the unglamorous half of software: getting it deployed, onboarded and actually used. He ran onboarding and support for PLANERGY's spend-management platform, led the North American launch of a Cisco technology partner before that, and ran large parking operations in Atlantic City before any of it. He is now Accounts Manager at TintPro, a CRM built for the window-film, tint, paint-protection and ceramic-coating trade.
- Where Port St Lucie, United States
- Online tintpro.com
What they work with
- Getting software actually used
- Not selling it, landing it. Onboarding, adoption and support are what he has done across spend management, network software and now a CRM, which is the part most tools get wrong and most founders skip.
- A CRM for one trade, done properly
- TintPro is not a general CRM bent to fit. It is built for flat-glass and auto services, tint, paint protection and ceramic coating, and knowing that trade is the point of it.
- Twenty years of enterprise before that
- A Cisco partner's market entry, a P2P platform's customers, and multi-million dollar parking operations for Atlantic City's casinos and hotels. He has carried a P&L and a 300-person roster, not only a product tour.
Where they work
-
A CRM built specifically for window-film and flat-glass businesses: tint, paint protection and ceramic coating, in one place made for the trade.

A True Partner in Building Software—Beyond Just a Work Relationship
Working with Mate Visky was an incredible experience. Mate is an exceptionally talented developer, but what really sets him apart is his approachability and ability to make complex software development accessible to everyday people. Watching him build an expert stack has been a truly incredible experience.
Through his unique approach and "vibe coding" mindset, he demystifies the engineering process and gives you the confidence to bring your ideas to life. What started as a technical collaboration quickly evolved into something better—Mate has a way of making you feel like you have a true, genuine friendship, rather than a strictly transactional work relationship. His can-do attitude, deep technical expertise, and personal investment in your success make him a rare find in the software world.
If you are looking for an expert developer who brings top-tier execution while feeling like a real partner in your corner, I cannot recommend Mate enough!
He works on the side of software that never makes the demo: the part where a real business has to pick the thing up and use it every day. Twenty years of onboarding, adoption and support, across spend management, network software and now a CRM for the window-film trade.
Before the CRM
Longer than most careers in software, and it did not start there. He led the North American launch of Crannog Software, a Cisco technology partner, then ran onboarding and support for PLANERGY, a procure-to-pay platform, driving the adoption that decides whether a tool like that is worth what a company paid for it.
Before any software at all, he ran parking operations in Atlantic City: the Sheraton, and the contracts around Bally’s, the Hilton and the Claridge, with a workforce over three hundred and budgets in the millions. Carrying a P&L that size is a different kind of knowing a business than a product tour gives you, and it is the kind TintPro’s customers have.
