If your work can be public, the show is pro bono. It is the same session with the camera on: it goes out live, the recording goes on the channel, and what we type ends up on this site for anyone to copy.

Can you do it for my team?

Yes. up to 4 people, up to four hours, US$507 per person. It works best on something the whole team is stuck on rather than four separate wishes.

Same as the private session otherwise: nothing streamed, nothing published, and an NDA if you want one.

When do I pay?

In advance, once we have agreed a date on the call.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Up to 24 hours before we start, for a full refund.

What if the session was not worth it?

Tell me and I will refund it in full. No questions asked.

Everything about the day itself is the same as the show, and answered over there: what you need on your computer, what happens to your files, and what to do when it says something red.

Nothing here is advice about your setup, which I haven't seen, and none of it takes away the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. What we build in a session is built as it is, on your machine, and it is yours. The company behind it is Mergodon Pty Ltd.
