Psychologist. Surveys. Done.
Everything she made alone in the month between sessions, reviewed: the surveys, who opened them, and what has to be true before a real client fills one in.
What came out of it. She came back with the questionnaire finished and running, built by herself between sessions: several surveys sent, an admin side she can see the results on, a record of who opened a link and how many times, timing that shows whether somebody rushed it, and validation that refuses a submission until every question is answered. The session was spent on what that costs rather than on building: a GDPR pass over the survey project, a health-provider declaration in the wrong words, an SEO audit of her site run by an agent, and a booking calendar that was quietly still set to Australian time. Her site is not live yet, which she said in the first minute. A billing project was started at the end and not finished.

Worth stealing
One project, one job The SEO findings were about her website; the agent in front of them was building her survey. He refused to fold one into the other. Two directories, two agents, two conversations, and neither ends up half explaining the other.
Come back to it a week later with fresh eyes Rather than debugging in the moment, the move is to ask the agent to re-read the whole history of the project after a week and say what it now thinks is wrong. It finds things nobody was looking for.
Check the timezone before you trust a booking page Her availability looked broken and was not. The calendar was still set to Australia, so every slot she offered was in somebody else's working day.
Make it refuse the half-finished answer The questionnaire will not submit while a question is blank, and it names the one that is missing with a link back to it. That is the difference between data she can use and data she has to chase.

She came back a month after the last session with the thing already built. The questionnaire that ran out of quota half finished on air was working, several had gone out, and she could see who had opened a link, how many times, and how long they took over it.
So this one is not about building. It is about what has to be true before a real client fills one in: the wording of a declaration, what the survey is allowed to keep, and a site audit she had never thought to run.
Her website is still not live, and she says so in the first minute. The interesting part is that it has stopped being the thing standing in her way.
